| Celebrity and fashion makeup artist Deborah Altizio learned at an early age the Importance of loving what you do in life. Growing up in Buenos Aires, Argentina her family instilled in her the philosophy that "beauty comes from within". This statement has become the mantra by which Deborah lives. As a child artist, Deborah would spend countless hours on creative painting and drawing contests which kept her quite entertained. She began to cultivate this passion that accelerated into an artistic journey that defined her life. Deborah pursued her ultimate dream as a makeup artist while training and working backstage with mentors such as Tom Pecheux, Charlotte Tillbury, Dick Page, Gucci Westman, Laura Mercier, and Bobbi Brown. She learned to keep an open mind as Make Up is always changing with Fashion. New products and techniques keeps you current and well educated in your craft. This was an important opportunity that meant so much to her. Once Deborah found representation, her career truly began as a successful independent artist. With her passion for art, color, and make-up, along with her charm, contagious enthusiasm and magnetic personality, her work branched off into a vast horizon of celebrities including Megan Fox, John Mayer, Joss Stone, Kerri Washington, Anna Torv, Padma Lakshmi, Adriana Lima, Gael Garcia Bernal, Isabella Rossellini, and Carrie Underwood. She has also worked with celebrity and fashion photographers such as Arthur Elgort , David LaChapelle, Albert Watson, Max Vadukal, Mark Abrahms, and Alexei Hay. Top reality shows have requested her services such as Project Runway and Celebrity Apprentice. Deborah has the natural ability to make her clients not only look beautiful, but feel beautiful. She has a talent for bringing out the natural beauty in everyone with her magical touch. Her beauty philosophy emphasizes healthy breathable skin that looks polished, clean, fresh, young, and sophisticated. Williamsburg Brooklyn is where she currently resides. Some of her favorite things are, a great big smile, ballet classes, all her medals from competitive latin ballroom dancing, anything vintage, animal rescue & wildlife rehabilitation.
